Tonight on Lawmakers, water stewardship and conservation bills pass both the House and the Senate; the Senate Transportation committee talks about the transportation special local option sales tax and MARTA funding issues; Senator Mitch Seabaugh proposes eliminating 19 Superior Court judge positions in the interest of the State budget; and a bill that makes it a crime to solicit an abortion based on the race or gender of the fetus passes out of committee.
